Adecco Group has announced that it will be expanding its use of Salesforce's Agentforce Coworker across more than 40 countries. The rollout, which was initially piloted in the UK and France, aims to bring agentic AI into the daily workflows of around 27,000 employees globally.
Agentforce Coworker is a Salesforce product designed for enterprise staff, allowing them to access various tools and information through an AI-powered assistant. According to the company, this will not only improve productivity but also enhance employee experience by providing timely support and assistance throughout their workdays.
The rollout is expected to be completed in phases, with Adecco Group first implementing Agentforce Coworker in key markets before expanding coverage further. The adoption of Salesforce's technology suggests that companies are increasingly moving towards leveraging AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows and boost efficiency across their global teams.
