SAP and Google Cloud are unveiling a revolutionary A-Commerce Framework that enables multi-agent marketing and retail operations at an enterprise level. This framework is designed to automate complex business processes, including supply chain management, inventory optimization, and customer engagement.
According to SAP research, 78 percent of businesses consider Artificial Intelligence (AI) essential for retaining customers in the next five years. However, a similar study found that fewer than two in five companies share customer data across different touchpoints, resulting in disengagement and decreased loyalty. The A-Commerce Framework aims to bridge this gap by integrating AI-powered systems that can collect, analyze, and act on customer behavior data from various channels.
The framework is built on Google Cloud's proprietary architecture, which enables the seamless integration of multiple technologies, including machine learning, IoT, and blockchain. By leveraging these advancements, SAP and Google Cloud aim to provide businesses with a more personalized and efficient e-commerce experience, while also enhancing their ability to respond quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.
