According to SAP research, 78 percent of businesses believe that AI is essential for retaining customers, highlighting the growing importance of this technology in driving customer loyalty. However, a similar study by Google Cloud reveals that fewer than two in five companies are actively sharing customer data across multiple channels and CRM systems, indicating a significant gap in operational efficiency.
